Ordering terms

Personalized ordering is being prepared. These terms describe the planned service and must be confirmed before checkout opens.

Your personalized book

The child’s character is an illustrated interpretation of the uploaded photo. You review the character and three sample pages before paying. After checkout, the remaining pages are created and you review the finished book before delivery.

Check the name, dedication and every page carefully. If something needs a correction, use the order page to request help before approving the finished book. Corrections are reviewed by Michael; an immediate or unlimited automatic regeneration service is not included.

Prices and delivery

Printed books cost $19.99 plus $6 shipping ($25.99 before applicable tax). PDF downloads cost $14.99 plus applicable tax, with no shipping charge. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

PDF delivery is available after the finished book is approved. It is not an instant download at payment. Printing starts after final approval and printer acceptance; transit time follows production. Delivery dates are estimates.

Personal use

The personalized PDF is for the purchasing family’s personal use. You may print it for that child and family. Resale, commercial distribution and public redistribution are not included.

Problems and cancellations

If we cannot complete your paid book, we will contact you about a correction or refund. Contact Michael before approving printing if you need a cancellation or correction. Once printing begins, changes may require a new print order. Contact us about damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries so we can investigate with the printer.
